Atrium European Real Estate has selected Jones Lang LaSalle to value its property portfolio in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The portfolio includes a total of 98 retail centers in the Czech Republic, including hypermarkets, local retail centers and shopping centers, with Atrium Flora in Prague being its flagship. In Slovakia Atrium owns three retail properties: two established shopping centers and one local retail center. JLL has already done valuation work for Atrium in the region on its Russian portfolio.
