30 April 2014

Kogo has signed a lease to open a restaurant at Quadrio, a mixed-use complex by CPI currently underway in Prague 1. The deal brings the project’s retail occupancy level to 94 percent. The shopping mall will offer some 70 shops on 8,500 sqm of space, stretching over two underground and two aboveground floors. The tenant mix features brands like Euronics, Neoluxor, dm drogerie, Nanu Nana, Sephora, Promod, CCC, STORM, Tchibo, Tescoma, HM studio and Sparkys. There will also be an ERA financial center, a café and a patisserie. The mall will be accessible from the Národní třída metro station. The Quadrio complex, which also includes office and apartments, is scheduled for completion in fall 2014.
