German retailer Lidl opened a store in Arad, Romania expanding a network of outlets that has grown to 139. The new store is located on Timisoarei Street. Lidl says it will continue invest in Romania and will create new jobs nationwide.
Lidl currently has more than 3,300 employees in its stores, distribution centers and in its headquarters. One of the largest chain stores in Europe, operates in over 20 countries and has over 100 logistics centers, which supply 9,000 stores.
