Lordship opened a Paráda retail park in the city of Frýdek-Místek in Northern Moravia. The project was developed next to the existing Interspar hypermarket, a five-minute walk from the city center. The park offers 5,300 sqm of retail space, leased to the typical mix of retail park tenants, including Euronics, dm drogerie markt, Angelus, Takko, Prostějov, Gate, Deichmann, Hervis and Orion. Lordship also has Paráda parks in Česká Lípa and in Hodonín.
