MMG Equity Partners buys Kendal Corders in Miami for $38.7m

Kendall Corners, a 97,189 square foot shopping center located on Kendall Drive in Miami, FL has been sold for $38.75 million. Purchased by Pinecrest-based MMG Equity Partners, the Ashley Furniture anchored center was 92 percent leased at the time of the sale with other major tenants including Baptist Hospital, Bank United, Mattress Firm, Phenix Salons, and IHOP. The seller was a company linked to Orion Investment and Management in Miami. MMG Principal Gabriel Navarro stated, “We were attracted to Kendall Corners given the exceptional real estate fundamentals of the property and the demographics of the trade area. We are pleased to add this high-quality asset to our shopping center portfolio.”
