NEPI Rockcastle Investment Fund has completed the acquisition of a 200,000 sqm parcel of land in Craiova, where it intends to build a shopping center. Investment costs are expected to hit €110m. Promenada Craiova will offer 70,000 sqm of leasable space in 150 stores. The tenant list will include a hypermarket, a cinema and DIY retailer Dedeman. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021.
