RE Project Development has started the leasing process on its Ferio retail project. The shopping mall is currently set to go up in Warsaw’s Wawer district on the site which used to house the old ZWAR factory. The revitalization will add 22,000 sqm of new space to the market, of which 12,500 will be leased. The master plan for the scheme was approved in November.
The Vienna-based RE Project Development is active in the CEE region. The company has four retail projects in its Polish portfolio of four retail projects: Ferio Gaj, Puławy, Legnica and Konin.
