RWS Investment Group has started building the second stage of a retail park located at Warszawska Street in Babice Nowe. The 6,500 sqm expansion will include an additional 190 parking spots. Tenants include Bricomarché, Max Premium Burgers, Putka, Moodo, a children’s playroom, a travel agency, bowling alley and a jewelry store. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2019. The 5,500 sqm first phase of the project was completed in the fourth quarter of 2018.
