Biocodex leased a 660 sqm space in the MIRO building for the office of its new affiliate in Romania. The lease was brokered by Crosspoint Real Estate.
Assisted by Sotheby’s International Romania, Symmetrica has leased 400 sqm of Class A office space in the MIRO building for a period of five years.
MIRO currently has approximately 1,600 square meters of office space available for lease on the fourth floor. Among the existing tenants are ROVERE MOBILI, CEGEKA, EATON, KPMG Romania, COS (Corporate Office Solutions), MASIA, NEOCLINIQUE, MITZU, STRADALE, DOCTOR SKIN, HISKY, JURA, Biocodex, Symmetrica and Soler & Palau.
