STRABAG Property and Facility Services will take on technical facility management for more than 200 Orsay fashion stores. The contract runs through the end of 2021 and with two one-year extensions possible. Both parties have agreed to not disclose the value of the contract. The stores are located in city centers and large shopping centers. Their rental/usable areas vary between 37 and 652 sqm. The services include the maintenance, testing and repair of all technical facilities. In addition, glass and façade cleaning will be performed at some stores.
