The Austrian contractor Strabag was chosen to run the construction of Atrium Felicity, a shopping mall in Lublin. Developed by Atrium Poland Real Estate Management, the project calls for the construction of 74,000 sqm of new retail space, divided between 135 stores. Work has already begun on the project, which will expand Atrium’s retail management portfolio to 21 assets across Poland, three of which are now underway. The list of tenants already signed up for the project includes brands such as Intersport, Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp, Home & You, Cubus, Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti. The project will provide parking for 3,000 vehicles in an underground garage.
