UBM Development Czechia has completed apartment buildings G, H, I in the residential complex Arcus City on the border of Prague’s Stodůlky and Řeporyje districts. Half of the 66 flats in the second phase are currently available for purchase. The new owners will move into the flats in autumn 2024. UBM is also preparing the approval of three apartment buildings in the Timber Praha project with BREEAM environmental certification. The sale of the houses is being handled exclusively by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
Buildings G, H, I are located in the centre of the Arcus City complex and include 66 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and sizes from 39 to 101sqm. Each apartment has a balcony, terrace or front garden. There is a cellar and a parking space in the underground garage. The bus line in the centre of Arcus City from the Toufarova stop provides a direct connection to Stodůlky and Luka stations. The official opening of the bus line is set for September 2024. Commercial units on the ground floor of buildings G, H, I will offer residents and the general public from the surrounding area grocery and service shops.
Buildings J, K, L and M of the Timber Praha project will also be completed as part of the Arcus City residential complex. The buildings include a total of 62 units with layouts from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom and sizes from 39 to 110sqm. The apartment buildings in the most energy-efficient category A and with BREEAM Excellent environmental certification have a number of modern technologies in the apartments for comfort, ease of use and energy savings. These technologies include, among others, the Smart Home system for controlling heating or electrically operated external blinds. The system also measures energy consumption. Heat pumps, geothermal boreholes or photovoltaic panels, which provide hot water and electricity for lighting the common areas of the apartment buildings and powering the lifts, are also undeniable advantages that contribute to future cost savings. The apartments have underfloor heating that cools in summer and heats in winter, which is very pleasant, especially on hot summer days.
