29 May 2019

TriOut Advisory Group bought a retail center in the Orlando suburb of Winter Park from Consolidated-Tomoka Land Company for $18.075m. The 112,351 sq ft center is anchored by 24 Hour Fitness. Other tenants include Pet Supplies Plus, My Salon Suites, Twisted Root Burger Company, Quickly Boba and BabyLand Daycare. Sitting on 12.8 acres, The Grove at Winter Park was built in 1985 and underwent a major renovation in 2018. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller during the transaction.

“The Grove at Winter Park represents a tremendous turnaround story over the course of the seller’s ownership,” said Brad Peterson, senior managing director at HFF. “The addition of 24 Hour Fitness spurred a total renovation of the center, and given the leasing trajectory. The Grove at Winter Park is now well positioned to continue its successful run as a valuable community shopping center in the heart of a thriving Winter Park submarket.”
