FACTORY outlets in Poland have undergone significant changes in 2024, with the addition of new outlet stores, relocations, and expanded retail spaces for well-known brands. Among the latest developments, Danish brand JACK & JONES has entered all five FACTORY locations across Poland, while adidas has doubled its outlet offering in Poznań. In Kraków, 4F opened its largest outlet store, and in FACTORY Ursus, renowned Polish fashion designer Robert Kupisz made his debut in the outlet market.
Andrea Aburra, Head of Leasing Poland & Italy at NEINVER, commented: “The changes have impacted over 5,500 square meters of retail space, highlighting the growing importance of outlets in the multi-channel sales strategies of both global and local brands. It’s particularly encouraging that our partners continue to expand their business in centers managed by NEINVER, while retail customers recognize the tangible benefits of shopping in outlets. FACTORY is a prime destination for brand debuts, sales successes, and a high-quality shopping experience.”
Major Debuts and Expansions
JACK & JONES, known for its sporty and elegant apparel and accessories, debuted first in both Warsaw-based FACTORY centers, later expanding to Poznań, Gliwice, and Kraków, with a combined retail space of nearly 1,100 square meters. Adidas, which already doubled its outlet presence last year in Warsaw, has now doubled its space in FACTORY Poznań to 875 square meters. All stores are designed according to the latest brand concepts, with adidas touting its outlet channels as the fastest-growing sales platform for its collections.

Meanwhile, FACTORY Ursus in Warsaw welcomed Robert Kupisz, one of Poland’s top fashion designers, who opened a 100-square-meter pop-up store offering premium collections for men, women, and children.
