THAIco SPA, the leader of the Romanian luxury SPA services market, has launched its fourth location, following an investment of over EUR 600,000. The developer has in its portfolio three other ultra-central locations in the Radisson BLU Hotel, Grand Hotel Continental and in Piața Victoriei, and by the end of this year it will open two more premium locations in Bucharest and in the country. The total estimated investment for this year exceeds the amount of EUR 3.5 million.
The new wellness center is strategically located in the Northern area of the Capital, an area that integrates an active housing hub, commercial spaces, lifestyle facilities, restaurants and especially many office buildings.
